Short Getaway to SG

I need a short escape because I encountered a hectic week. Albeit I just entered week 3/14 (at that time), I can already feel the pressure that will eventually turn out to be a burden in a few weeks more. My pathetic group assignment for KPP is considered as a big matter to me. So, back to the topic. Before semester 3 started, my friends and I already planned to join a trip under our Uni to Singapore. It costs us RM160 for the transportation (per pax). So, we considered it as affordable and decided to fit in the group.

We had an approximately 6 hours ++ (or might be less) journey from UPSI to Singapore. We travelled by bus at about 9:59pm on September 29th and arrived at the immigration at about 7am I guess. We had our breakfast at RnR Gelang Patah, Johor at 4am something. Don't you think that it was way too early to take a breakfast? Anyhow, I won't make a chronology that is based on our experiences there because I'm being sluggish right now. To make it short, I had an astonishing experience in Singapore. It's like a dream come true! We went to several exciting places and I can conclude that the journey was worth every penny!

wish to feel the excitement in USS but unfortunately, the guide reminded us that we don't have enough time to go there. USS was my first intention in the first place tbh. However, it didn't stop me from having the relish kind-of-feeling while being in Singapore.

It was a splendid Sunday and the residents there were having their picnic at Esplanade Park if I'm not mistaken. Our tour guide (Mr Sazali) explained that the people in SG usually spend their weekend (holiday) by having a picnic with their family, friends or loved ones at the park. So wonderful! The people there would sit in groups and having a chit-chat whilst possessing the good vibes inside. Bonding time it is. We went to Sentosa Island, Merlion Park, Bugis & Arab Street, walking around USS globe, Marina Bay Sand, Pahlawan Beach, Light and Water show, Garden by the Bay.. and I think that's it. Watching the light and water show was our last stop before heading back home. Mentally and physically exhausted. It was hard to sleep in the bus. So, I watched short movie on YouTube to fill up my empty night. Tida bah. I just felt bored because I got nothing to do inside the bus.

Here I attached a few photos from the trip that I've joined.

USS globe

Bugis Street

Lunch for 4. This costs us $49. If converted to MYR, it costs RM177. Pokai.

Forgot the name of this place already.

Somehow, I like this candid picture. Tengs Noel *roll eyes*

"Gambar sini lagi". Cukup la

"Cuba letak tangan kau di pinggang". Yet, I felt awkward. *insert laughing emoji here*

Before spending $ on foods.

In real life, my weight is only 40kg. *sigh

Was in a bad mood because I didn't get enough sleep in the bus.

The squad of the day.

We arrived at 3.27am (October 1st) in Tanjung Malim and I forced myself to wake up at 6.20am to get ready to class. I can’t give fully attention to what the lecturer talked in front because I felt really sleepy at that time. After our class ended, I went back home and took a nap before my 2.00pm class started. Where should the next trip take place? Looking forward for it.

Uni life : Week 3, Semester 3

Hi! It's been more than a year since my last post here.  I just got back from class, so I want to give a sneak peak about my uni life. I've been through numerous experiences (both, good and bad) here. Once you've started the move, you need to ‘radu’ it no matter what, right? Albeit the thing is kind of risky, we can always try to endure it, because eventually, it will be worth it. Uni life is pleasurable. You can wear whatever you want to class (as long as you’re still following the rules, then it’s okay). I’ve moved to Taman Bahtera because I got rejected by KHAR. Staying outside of the campus is not that bad. You can still get the “fun vibe”. It’s just the beginning of Semester 3 but I am already tired of dealing with mood swings, course mates, assignments, homesick and the list continues. I don’t think that this edu field suits me because it’s not the passion that I possess last year. If only I get the chance to study in the field of HR, it would be totally fun, right? Hiring and dealing with foreign workers will be amazing I thought. By the way, I want to make a new entry for the upcoming trip that I’ll be joining this week. Here I attached a few photos that are related to today’s entry.

December 2017

Got paper on the next day. Yet, we still gansau. I still remember we walked from PU to PT because it was a 'food hunting' kind of night. From Cape Cafe to Recco Coffee.

What's your resolution for New Year? Hope it won't be the same as last year's target. I had fun tho walking around the campus at night.

First one, with CUTES.

MTK 2017. I felt content.

With dem girls after CMP class.

Warner Music Tour. Had the chance to meet our local artists.

They just got back from class. Face expression well explained. Tired yer bang.

Our "gift pack" for PPI subject. My favourite group so far.

CSR for PPI. Exhausted but worth it.

Fellow housemates.

End of sem 2. Munyit sebelah sy lambat bangun. Nasib prebet lambat sampai. We missed the 7:20am train. So, we took the next train and waited for another 1 hour there.

Still remember he asked me something like, "Kau ok ka?" because he thought, the fee for Hop On Hop Off bus is RM50. I said, "RM25 ni." Silly driver, he thought that we're tourists. I forgot to ask for student price lagi. Hmm

..andddd, I still feel funny when he accidentally bumped into his former teacher at NU Sentral. It was so funny!! I can't resist that one. We went down, hoping not to see his teacher again, but it was a coincidence when his teacher passed by (at the escalator) & waving at him. It was so awkward!!

& one more thing. He talked to a man whilst waiting for the train to come. Ya, he used the slang here. Then, the man just looked at him and asked him, "Sabah kah?" Something like that, I forgot already. I burst into laughter and I quickly turned around. The man that Noel talked to orang Sabah juga. From Beaufort? If I'm not mistaken. Sorry for revealing this. I still feel funny bah.

That's all. I'll update again soon.

Up!
